Research Goals and Questions:

Define task-based audience segments for listening to music on headphones.

Introduction

Recently, a B2B company approached my studio and asked about identifying and organizing potential users for their product. In preparation for this project, I decided to investigate the usage of Mental Models, a tool that provides a deep understanding of the different ways that user segments accomplish similar goals through the understanding of users' motivation, thought-process, and emotional & philosophical landscape.
